To enquire about booking Casa Brindi for your Italian holiday please either call us on 01666 577439 or use the “contact” email link in the next section. Please tell us when you would like to stay and how many of you there are. We don’t charge any more for 6 people than we do for 2, but we need to make sure our local people prepare the house for your arrival so that everything is “just so”.
The house will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival and all bedding and towels are provided. There are no extra charges for anything, so £300 a week really is it. We ask for a £50 deposit payable when booking, with the balance due one month before you arrive in the house. We also ask for a £50 deposit to cover damage and excess cleaning and laundry costs. We include in the rental charge a standard clean in between guests and allow for laundry of one set of bedding per bed and one bath towel and one hand towel for each guest per week. This helps to keep our rental costs reasonable for everyone. The deposit is best payed in the form a cheque which we will return to you uncashed (or simply shred) if everything is ok - which it normally is!
If you would like to rent our house in the winter we are happy for that, but will make a supplementary winter heating charge of £60 a week. This is unfortunately needed as Italian gas charges are far higher than in the UK. For the £50 you can have the heating on as much as you like – something you will definitely not need in the summer!
